Costliest machine!!!

Once I went to hospital with a relative. I saw many diabetic patients waiting for their appointment. A poster caught my attention.
"Walk for 1 hour a day
Near to health and far from doctor"
I was not a fitness freak before, but I couldn't get over that line.
I saw many people who were diabetic, balancing their time and food equally to maintain the sugar levels.
If they don't eat on time, sugar levels will be decreased.
If they eat more, sugar levels will be increased.
Both are unhealthy practices for them.
Why is this happened??
Just because we are all habituated to sit whole day and sleep in the night, without any exercise.
In 2017, an estimated 8.8 percent of the adult population worldwide had diabetes. This figure is projected to rise to 9.9 percent by the year 2045.
Wake up before our health goes out of hands.
10minutes of breathing excercise can reduce clots in brain &improves respiratory system.
30min walk can improve digestion.
3liters of water a day can purify our kidneys.
Brushing after every meal reduces your dental bills.
10minutes meditation can reduce stress levels.
These are all minimum things with zero cost can improve your health.
In 24 hours,if we dedicate an hour towards our body, that will help ourselves alot.
Even machines need servicing once in a while. Our body is the most costliest machine, that need servicing daily.
Let our children play under sun, in mud. Never bother about infections. It's better than video games. Healthy lifestyle is the only best gift you can give to your kids.
Let's get out of couch, walk, run or do yoga!!
Do whatever, that saves your body machine.
Stich in time, saves nine.

Early Valentine

All our apartment ladies meet at ground stairs, just for evening talks.
Yesterday, one of our resident’s daughter came with some gift packs in her hand and waved at us.
“Hi Ms.B, school over?”, I called her.
“Yes aunty, went for gift shopping” , she replied.( Its sucks when some one calls you aunty in your late 20’s. By the way she is 11–12 years old)
“Is your sister’s birthday coming?”, other lady asked her. I am recollecting her sister’s birthday.
No, one of our classmate proposed me few days back, tomorrow is valentines day, so I'm going to give him a gift and going on a date”, she replied casually.
We were like
“WHAT??!!”
SHE IS 11 YEARS OLD. TALKING ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS AND DATING?
She bought some valentines day card, a dark chocolate, and heart shaped Key chain and other stuff.
She used more words like baby, my -ex, crush, insta-feed, late night messages in her conversation.
I couldn't digest what she said.
What is she saying to her younger sister?
Get into relation as soon as you hit 10 years.
For every Feb14, buy something in heart shape or chocolates and gift it to somebody. But make sure you get something in return.
I don't think her parents accept this kind of freedom at this age.
What if her relation crosses the line?
If the other person takes advantage, what will happen to her life?
She is immature to understand the upcoming consequences. It may or maynot happen but there is nothing wrong in being cautious.
I was really shocked at her attitude.
Next 10 minutes I told her to concentrate on her studies and skills. These relationships can wait.
She may think that I’m nagging, but at some ponit of time she may remember my words.
